How to apply eyeliner on top eyelid?

Close your eye Do the line quite quickly so that it isn't shaky and you have a neat line. It might be a bit far away from your lash line at first but the only way that you can get any better is practicing. But I used not be able to put on eyeliner on very well either but really the more you practice the better you get. You could start by practicing with a pencil, make sure it's not blunt but not too sharp, and this could help you get closer to the lash line and create a neat line and gain control.
